Each piece is handcrafted to order. Production and delivery typically take up to three weeks. Custom projects may take longer depending on complexity.

Yes. VERGEZ™ offers bespoke creations tailored to your vision, from the first conversation to the final piece.
How does payment work?
For higher-value pieces, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
What materials do you use?
All pieces are crafted using high-quality materials, including 925 silver, 18K gold, and carefully selected natural or lab-grown gemstones.
Can I return or modify my order?
Each piece is made to order. Standard pieces may be eligible for exchange, while bespoke creations are final. If you have any concern, we encourage you to reach out — we will always do our best to help.
