Unknown Legend is one of these songs that particularly resonates with me; it’s a touching ode to his wife Pegi, who once worked as a waitress in a diner near Neil Young’s ranch. The song paints a vivid portrait of a woman who, though now a devoted mother of two, once lived a life filled with wanderlust and a sense of restlessness.
