VERGEZ™ creates jewellery, wearable objects and collectible pieces.
While every effort is made to present products accurately, colours and visual appearance may vary depending on display settings or device screens.
PRICING
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the visitor.
VERGEZ™ generally operates using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing structure, meaning applicable duties and taxes are included in the displayed price whenever possible.
Local customs authorities may impose exceptional charges outside our control.
ORDERS
Orders are placed by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
An order becomes binding only after confirmation by VERGEZ™.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud or product availability issues.
PAYMENTS

VERGEZ™ does not store complete card numbers.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS

Deposits for custom pieces may be non‑refundable.
DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on logistics conditions, customs processing or force majeure events.
RETURNS
If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact info@vergez.art within seven days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

VERGEZ™ collects personal information necessary to process orders and improve customer experience.
Information may include name, address, email address, phone number and order history.
We may share information with trusted partners including Wix (website platform), Stripe or PayPal (payments), logistics providers and analytics services.
